Where you live is a big part of your health and well-being. That’s why we’re meeting you where you are, in your community, to better serve you.

Healthier happens together™

The more we get to know you, the more we can tailor programs and services to meet your needs. That’s what Community Affairs is all about. It starts with engaging face-to-face with people in their communities to help eliminate daily barriers to good health like food insecurity, lack of access to housing, and other factors. That’s just the beginning.

What our partners are saying

Mid-Ohio Food Bank

Aetna colleagues help contribute to over 40,000 pounds of food sorted and packed across the region during National Volunteer Week.

“Without our dedicated volunteer base, the work we do each day simply wouldn’t be possible. Whether it’s spent sorting donations, stocking shelves, or preparing meals, every moment of donated time is critically important and helps put food on the table for our neighbors in need. Thank you, Aetna, for helping us create healthier, hunger free communities.”

— Erich Hiner, Mid-Ohio Food Bank

National Songs 4 Seniors campaign

A shareable playlist of musical compositions on the Aetna YouTube channel to help combat social isolation in senior homes and assisted living facilities.

“It’s very important for older adults to engage with each other and interact. That aspect of life is about 80% of successful living. I love that CVS Health is doing this … it’s a wonderful program for older adults and you can just seem them come alive!”

— Kelly Michel, Director of Lifestyle at Friendship Village

Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

Working together to sponsor local events, conferences and leadership development to support Latino professionals and communities.

“On behalf of the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Board, we send our GRACIAS to Aetna and CVS Health for your partnership and supporting supplier diversity.”

— Tomás León, President of Equality Health Foundation
