In-network benefits

Employees who stay in network get lower rates

When employees receive health care in network, they save money. That’s because we negotiate prices with doctors and hospitals.

Saving money makes employees happy. And who doesn’t want happy employees?

Connect your employees with our network

Savings Plus is a network of doctors and hospitals. Your employees can use the network to find the best match for their needs. Employees have the freedom to receive care from any hospital or doctor. But when they get care through this network, they maximize their benefits and usually see lower costs.

And Savings Plus allows you to select the plan that’s right for your business. You get access to a database of resources that save you time and money, while helping your employees make smart health choices.

Other in-network benefits include:

Find an expert

When employees need a specialist, like a cardiologist or neurologist, Savings Plus gives them the ability to make informed health care decisions. And it helps lead employees to cost-effective options – without sacrificing quality.

Aetna member website

When employees log in to the Aetna member website, they’ll find a variety of online health tools, including provider search. They can use provider search to see if a doctor is in the Savings Plus network and if the doctor uses a Savings Plus hospital.

Provider Search

Employees can also search for doctors and hospitals by name and location. An "S" next to the name means employees are getting value for their health care dollars. A blue star means the doctor has met an even higher level of quality standards.

Give employees the power to take charge of their health

Your employees can see:

  • Amount they have to pay
  • Amount Aetna will pay
  • How much they save with our negotiated rates
  • Comparing cost information can help people make more informed health care choices. It also helps them to plan ahead and budget.
